Can you run a Ford VIN?
We can use a Ford VIN for identification purposes only at this time. Our Chrysler and GM VIN lookup is vehicle specific and provides unique information per vehicle. We will have this capability with Ford in the near future.
Do you have cheaper parts available?
We pride ourselves on having actual O.E. products and premium aftermarket brands. These are not always the cheapest and they usually prevent doing the job twice.
Why can’t I find certain parts in your catalog?
We do provide the top cataloging in the industry and even then, there are gaps. We do notify the catalog suppliers, so it can be added. Luckily, we have a wonderful staff that is ready to help you find the right part.
Where is my credit?
H&H is committed to providing credit for returns within 48 hours. This is a credit to your account and can be used on your next purchase. To request a check, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you pay labor on warranty?
H&H follows the manufacturer published warranty. There are programs available through us that includes labor reimbursement, towing, car rental and other rewards. Ask your salesman for details.
